There’s nothing I love more than hearing from my There’s nothing I love more than hearing from my clients that they are feeling more confident. Because confidence is EVERYTHING! 💪🏼

Here are 3 Ways Confidence Can Help Your Business that you might not be aware of!

1. You'll attract clients instead of having to search for them.

Confidence breads confidence. When you're confident in yourself and your abilities as a business person, people can feel that and that confidence instills trust. If you're confident in your abilities, your clients will be confident in your ability to deliver.

2. You can raise your prices.

When you are lacking experience or confidence in your work, you might keep your prices on the lower end to compensate for your insecurities. I'm a firm believer that there is a season for that and a lesson to learn there BUT, move through it quickly because you want your pricing to reflect your service's value. As you grow your confidence, you'll be able to determine what your true price point should be without insecurities getting in the way.

3. You'll have the grace needed to allow yourself to grow.

You're going to make mistakes, we all do. If you've build up your business confidence, it will be easier for you to see mistakes or minor setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth. You may even find that you start viewing challenges as the fuel to your business.

I forgot that I set my 2021 goals back in October. I forgot that I set my 2021 goals back in October. 🤔😂

That's right. I set my goals 3 months before the start of the year and somehow, I still succumbed to that New Year overwhelm.

It's not unusual for me to become overwhelmed at the start of a new year. Don't get me wrong I LOVE a fresh start, Mondays are my favorite. That's the problem, I love fresh starts so much that I get overly excited and fueled by the constant New Year New You messaging, kick it into overdrive, and before I know it I'm drowning in extra goals, expectations, oh and that project I always wanted to start but never did.

If you're feeling new year overwhelm, I'm just here to say...

1. Your goals are still valid and reachable even if you didn't start them on Jan 1.

2. The choices you make EACH day carry more weight than the one you make on 1 day at the start of the year.

3. You can set goals, any. day. of. the. year.

I have a whole list of 2021 business goals but I don’t usually make traditional resolutions. This year though, I'm going to try to read 50 business books! Wish me luck!

Do you make New Year's resolutions? Do New Year expectations overwhelm you? I’d love to hear!
Feeling that end of the year fog?? I've taken the Feeling that end of the year fog??

I've taken these last few weeks of the year to clean out old systems, organize files, and create new flows and templates for a smoother new year. Cleaning, organizing, and planning are all forms of self care for me and essential for my happiness within my business.

This year, I noticed a new benefit though. The energy I take into my planning and organizing has helped clear the holiday/end of year fog!

No shame in taking these last few weeks to rest. Big rest proponent here! But I've so enjoyed the rush of motivation that comes with taking action during this weeks. There is also something amazing about working when everyone else is resting, I always feel like I'm accomplishing more somehow! 😂

I'm curious! How do you combat that end-of-year fog? Or do you just sink into it and store up on much needed rest?

A new look. ✨ I hardly know where to start. Thi A new look. ✨

I hardly know where to start. This project has been months in the making and I can’t believe the final product is finally here!

Honest, personal, grounded, energetic.

I grew up in Northern California where the mountain lions lurked in the hills around my childhood home. A perfect balance of power, grace, and intention, I always felt more comforted than fearful that they were nearby. That’s why it surprised me to tears when @hipsterthebear presented me with this logo after a quick convo we had and my approval of a Northern Californian native animal as a brand element.

@hipsterthebear, thank you for sharing your gift and for your endless patience with me. I’m so grateful.

Swipe for the process! First is my original “look” or really just a collection of things I thought looked good in the moment but never really took the time to bring them all together for a cohesive brand. The next few slides are the mood board I made for Grady. Then, some of the final design.

I’ve been busy updating all the things and creating new ones. This branding infused new life into my business and I’m just riding the creative wave. 😭😭

Thank you @hipsterthebear!!! And special thanks to @shampooswan for my little mountain lion. I love her. 🤍
For so much of my photography career, I was so foc For so much of my photography career, I was so focused on being the BEST in the industry that I forgot to be ME.

I wanted to recreate what I’d already seen. I wanted to book clients that felt luxurious and unattainable. I was so freaking out of tune with who I was and you could see it in my photos if you looked close enough.

So this is your reminder that being YOU is the best thing you can do for your business. Your unique qualities are your most valuable tools. Go be you. 😊
I will always remember 2020 as the year I SHOWED U I will always remember 2020 as the year I SHOWED UP in my business.

2020 is the year I said, no matter the situation, no matter the obstacle, no matter the price, I will not sit on the sidelines of my business and my life anymore.

It was the year I built a new business during a global pandemic. It was the year I moved out of my house and into a van.

It was the year I started helping YOU show up in your businesses. And that's been my absolute favorite part.

If you've been on the fence about taking the next step in your business, don't wait until 2021. 2020 has a special magic about it. Doing it now shows you that you can do hard things. It shows you what you're made of. I’m so grateful for that 2020 magic. ✨

My 1:1 Business Mentoring is now open for enrollment! More details in the link in my bio or DM me to chat.

Thank you for the amazing response to our new adve Thank you for the amazing response to our new adventure!!

I'm so insanely grateful to be where we are right now. 6 months ago, we'd lost 100% of our clients and were living on unemployment. In that moment I couldn't even imagine that before the end of the year I would be running 2 businesses again, investing in regular coaching and community support, launching a rebrand, and buying a van to convert with my family!

It wasn't luck though, this didn't just happen. Back in May, I took my unemployment money and invested in a business coach (shoutout @thewholetori!) $1,200 is a lot to throw at a coach when you're unemployed and don't know when you'll be able to go outside again. It was scary but I also knew it was the right choice, and I wasn't wrong.

It didn't happen overnight and it cost me a lot more than $1,200. Yes, it was scary but it was also the most empowering and motivating business decision I've ever made.

If you're in a similar spot and you're feeling stuck in your business, a business mentor might be just what you need. I have 2 business mentoring spots available right now. If you're looking for support and accountability, DM me so we can see if we'd be a good fit!
WE ARE MOVING!!! ...into a VAN! 2020 wasn’t wil WE ARE MOVING!!! ...into a VAN!

2020 wasn’t wild enough so we decided to sell everything we own, buy a van, and live life on the road.

We’re always happiest on the road, which is why we are never home, so I can’t wait to be full-time explorers with my 2 favorite dudes!

If you’re into vans, nature, and roadtrips, you can follow along at @gomolinas!
